Sabrina Hashmi

Sabrina Hashmi is a graduate of California Western School of Law. Ms. Hashmi served as President of the South Asian Law Student Association and was also an active member of the Public Interest Law Foundation and Middle Eastern Law Student Association. During her time in law school and post-bar, she clerked in-house for Palomar Health’s legal, corporate governance, and compliance departments.

Ms. Hashmi has practiced law in San Diego and Los Angeles with a focus on employment law, contract disputes and complex construction defect litigation. She has represented employees, small businesses, contractors, and subcontractors for claims ranging from FEHA violations to third party subrogation.  Currently, she is an Executive Committee member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Barristers and Networking sections.

At Nida & Romyn, P.C., Ms. Hashmi provides legal services on construction litigation cases, including cases for public works projects based in New York.
