Haik Gasparyan

Haik Gasparyan is a litigation attorney with Nida & Romyn, P.C. Mr. Gasparyan has successfully represented contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in connection with public and private construction projects. Mr. Gasparyan regularly litigates construction cases involving private and government contract disputes, change order claims, lien enforcement matters, bond actions and delay damages in state courts, and has experience representing contractors in bid disputes and labor enforcement matters before administrative and governmental agencies.

Mr. Gasparyan also provides transactional and pre-litigation services, such as drafting and negotiating contracts, assisting clients with bid proposals, change orders and contractual notices, and advising clients on claims procedures, contractual rights and obligations, risk exposure, regulatory compliance, and lien, bond and stop notice rights.

Before specializing in construction law, Mr. Gasparyan represented an American multinational automaker on hundreds of cases involving warranty disputes, consumer law and unfair competition litigation.

Mr. Gasparyan obtained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2017. While in law school, served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southwestern Journal of International Law.
