Matthew Luce

Matt Luce is Of Counsel with the firm.  Mr. Luce’s practice is concentrated in complex public and private works construction as well as employment and labor law, business, and real estate, wherein he has significant experience in all phases of discovery, trial, arbitration, and appeals in construction, business, and employment cases.  Mr. Luce has successfully represented clients in complex commercial and real estate transactions, multimillion dollar construction claims and construction defects litigation.  He has extensive experience in employment and labor law, having counseled and defended clients in cases including harassment, race and gender discrimination, wrongful termination, religious discrimination and having represented clients before OSHA and the WCAB.  Mr. Luce  has extensive jury and bench trial experience in each of his practice areas, having tried cases in numerous counties in both Southern and Northern California in state and federal court.  He has also argued numerous appellate cases in the California Courts of Appeal.
