Gabriel Henriquez is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During his time there, he co-founded the Critical Legal Scholars Association and served as its vice president. He also clerked for Judge Kelvin Filer at the Superior Court of California in Compton. Mr. Henriquez earned his LL.M. in International Business and European Union Law from the Université Lyon III in France.
Mr. Henriquez has practiced law in Manhattan, New York and in Southern California. He focuses his practice on commercial business and construction litigation. He has experience litigating shareholder derivative and class action lawsuits, as well as real estate, trusts & estate, and intellectual property matters.
At Nida & Romyn, P.C., Mr. Henriquez practices in the area of complex construction litigation, including specifically cases involving contractual disputes on both private and public works projects in New York and California.
