Joaquin Petra

Joaquin Petra is a paralegal at Nida & Romyn, P.C. with nearly 10 years of litigation experience. Much of that time Mr. Petra has spent handling complex litigation cases involving insurance coverage matters, construction litigation, and various other contract disputes. Mr. Petra is familiar with the litigation process including management of large jury trials, e-filings, e-discovery and ESI management, document and data collection, and fact investigation in federal and state courts.
