Erik Ross’s connection with construction formed at a young age. From assisting his contractor uncle on job-sites while growing up to earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Miami, Mr. Ross has always exhibited a passion for the built environment. This passion continued to grow while Mr. Ross completed his Juris Doctorate at The University of Miami School of Law, where he was elected President of The Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Society and the Law Student Liaison to The Construction Law Forum of The American Bar Association.
Mr. Ross has taken his experience from his involvement at all stages of a construction project to effectively represent his clients in all areas of construction litigation as well as contract and risk management relating to the construction of projects from design development through construction as well as during dispute resolution. In addition, Mr. Ross handle cases related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, Cal-OSHA and other administrative hearings.
